How the 7-day plan works

NibbleFlix takes you from sign-up to App Store and Google Play submission in seven days. There is no code to write and no in-house tech team to hire, and launch support is included. The week moves fast because the platform is ready. What slows teams down is missing assets, so this checklist covers what to have in hand before day one.

DAYWHAT HAPPENS
Day 1Brand: app name, logo, colours and store listing basics
Days 2 to 3Upload content: episodes or films, artwork and metadata
Day 4Set monetization: plans, prices, free episodes and offers
Days 5 to 6Test on real phones, web and TV, then fix what you find
Day 7Launch: submit your apps to the App Store and Google Play

Brand assets to prepare

Your app is fully white-label, so everything viewers see carries your name. Gather these before you start so day one is about decisions, not file hunting.

  • App name. Check it is available in both stores and short enough to read under an icon.
  • Logo files. A vector or high-resolution PNG, plus a square version for the app icon.
  • Brand colours. Primary and accent colours as hex values.
  • Key art. One or two strong images for the splash screen, home banner and store listing.
  • Short and long descriptions. A one-line pitch and a paragraph for your store listings.

Content ready for upload

Days 2 and 3 are for uploading through the admin dashboard. You can add more later, but launch with enough to keep a new viewer watching.

  1. Final video files for your first series, season or collection, exported and named by episode.
  2. Posters and thumbnails for every title, in the sizes your designer agreed on.
  3. Metadata: titles, synopses, episode numbers, genres and age ratings.
  4. Subtitle files if you have them, or plan to generate them with AI subtitles.
  5. Rights confirmed for every region where your app will be available.

Accounts and paperwork

Your apps are published under your own name, which means the store accounts belong to you. These items have nothing to do with video, and they are easy to leave too late.

  • Apple Developer Program account in your company name.
  • Google Play Console developer account.
  • Payout details for store and payment revenue.
  • Privacy policy and terms published at public URLs.
  • A support email that a real person checks.

Pricing and testing

On day 4 you set how you earn: subscriptions, ads, rentals, pay-per-episode, coins or a hybrid. For micro-drama, a common setup is free first episodes, then unlocks by coins, a VIP pass or watching an ad.

  1. Pick your model and write down the price for each plan or episode.
  2. Install the test builds on at least one iPhone, one Android phone and one TV.
  3. Watch a full episode on each, including a purchase or unlock.
  4. Ask five people outside your team to try it and note where they get stuck.
